Samanta Neroli
Hello! I'm Samanta, 26, and my passion is to allow travelers to get authentic and genuine life-enriching experiences while traveling. Trips are a great tool to getting to know new people, new cultures, and in areas such as the middle east they can be an experience to humanize and deeply understand countries that are surrounded by stereotypes.
We have a range of local communities and activities to make your program as rich as possible, culture-wise. We also have niche activities for every taste, that you cannot find in any other agency here. If you like horseback riding, adventure tours (golfing, diving), heritage cultural tours, if you want luxury, or if you want nature cabins, we have specific details to tailor-made exactly what you would love. Don't do generic tours! You are your own person, and something made for you is certainly the best choice.
What places and activities do you specialize in?
"I specialize in cultural tours (real ones, with actual Bedouin experiences, learning how to track a camel in the desert, making bread, harvesting olives, visiting and interacting with locals) and in adventure tours (balloon rides, camel rides, horse tours - more than one day crossing from Petra to wadi rum in horses - climbing, diving, skydiving, hiking...
I also have experience with romantic and relaxing tours - spas, picnics, Turkish baths, cooking classes for couples, and honeymoon activities in general.
I have a lot of knowledge when it comes to Jordan, and my main specialty is to help you find your perfect program. "
How did you get involved in travel?
"I'm actually graduated in dentistry. I chose my major very young and didn't have a lot of maturity to know what I wanted. As I began to grow older, I regretted not choosing a career that would allow me to travel for work, as it is one of my greatest passions. I also resented not being able to move abroad, as doctors have many barriers to revalidate their diploma.
Long story short, I received a job opportunity in tourism, for speaking some languages valuable in the industry and I decided to give it a go. Nowadays, I can't even imagine myself in a white coat.
I always thought people being in love with their jobs was a tale to fool others, until I met tourism and became the tale teller myself. "
Please share a unique travel experience you will never forget.
"I haven't always lived in Jordan - I'm brazilian by birth, and I grew up in Brazil. So I know Jordan from inside, living and working here now, but I also know it from an outsider perspective. The wildest travel experience I had was coming to Jordan for the first time. I came alone, to meet someone I've met online (yes, my family was extremely worried and thought I was absolutely mad), but I ended up finding my future husband and my future home. He took me everywhere here, the dead sea, aqaba, we slept on tents in wadi rum, camel rode in the desert, had a picnic in the woods, and I've never felt more inside a fairy tale. I've had my share of travels, but Jordan was my life-changing experience. "
