Thao Huynh
Born and raised in Hoi An, I've been working in the travel industry for more than 8 years and found myself deeply rooted in Vietnam's culture and SEA's uniqueness. These days Hoi An is getting back to its track and I get to show people around this incredible place, introducing our very talented local guides, food, and cultural sites along the way to make each and every visit to Vietnam unique and memorable.
What places and activities do you specialize in?
"Everything Vietnam! Cultural visits, trekking tours, mountain biking, relaxation, and adventure: everything in between or a combination of them all! What sets me apart is my food tours in different destinations, you will love them definitely."
How did you get involved in travel?
"Deeply rooted in traditions and naturally having the urge to explore different locations culturally, I've been traveling to Cambodia, Singapore, Thailand, and the different destinations in Vietnam. I realized that Travel is the shortest distance one can have to reach out to the world and vice versa: let the world understand your country and your culture. "
Please share a unique travel experience you will never forget.
"I spent a whole day feeling the texture carved on the stones of Angkor Wat after being awed by the sunrise. As a person who is deeply rooted in culture, every single step wandering in the temple brought to me such an amazing feeling. The stories, the architecture, and the popped-up questions about Khmer's greatness back then all are combined and sing to me an unforgettable song. "
