This trip had to be post-poned in April 2020 to Oct 2022 due to pandemic. It was worth the wait. We enjoyed Fabio's walking tour of Montemarte, the Eiffel Tower at night, a personal tour of the Louvre (forgot the guide's name but she was very knowledgeable and allowed us to hit the highlights within 2 hours), a half-day trip to Versaille (Corinne is a great guide), and a splendid trip on train to Beaune (Burgundy) for a wine tour and 2 nights in that old, quaint, country town (Alexi from Safari Tours was a delight and very informative). We have many fond memories thanks to these fine folks.

Overall, everything went very smoothly and according to our very detailed daily agenda. There were a few very minor glitches mainly caused by miscommunication. When I contacted Valentine she quickly responded and resolved the issues. The four of us travelling together agreed that Valentine made sure our trip was memorable. They were very prompt and patient with our questions! All of them took us to markets and explained the various foods to us as we sampled the best of Provence! A real special experience was going to Gilles' lovely home to cook a fantastic meal and of course, enjoy eating together. Our accommodations were excellent and we felt at home especially in St Remy and Ferme de Belugues! Our hosts, Spencer and Karen were the best!

We had the pleasure of staying at this restored farmhouse! Karen and Spencer greeted us and gave us a tour of the lovely B& B! Our stay of two nights was idyllic and we could have stayed longer! The rooms were cozy and comfortable - spacious as well. There is a dedicated living area for guests with beer and wine available to purchase. Every question was answered in their lovely British accents. Breakfasts were customized to order and were delicious. The pool area was first class lovely! The hotel is in a quaint setting on a road that also may host the Tour de France in certain years. Many bicyclists rode by enjoying the hills and valleys!

We were able to stay at this hotel right in the heart of St Remy de Provence for five beautiful days! We could walk to town and also to the Van Gogh walk exhibit - the location was perfect for our needs! Our room was small but very comfortable with a large tiled shower! The pool area was so convenient and we found time to relax there most days. The gracious concierge, Doris, answered our many questions! The breakfast area was outstanding with an array of items that varied and could only be described as fabulous!

Over 7 total days, we spent 2 in Paris, took a train to Reims and spent 1 night, transferred back to CDG to hop down to Nice, and spent 2 days touring Cannes and Monaco. We stayed a bit off the beaten path on the Cote d'Azur in Theoule-sur-Mer which was absolutely beautiful, but you had to pay a hefty price to Uber back down to town. It was peaceful, the infinity pool was nearly private, and the hotel was home to a Michelin star restaurant - so it was wonderful for our honeymoon! Our favorite excursions were the bicycle tour in France, the Champagne tour, tasting, lunch, experience in Reims, and guided history tours of Cannes, Antibes, St Paul de Vance, and Monaco. 2 recommendations: First, we booked our own hotel in the 16th in Paris with Hilton points (free!) with a rooftop view of the Eiffel Tower. The general location was perfect for walking to everything. Second, we asked to leave one afternoon completely free of excursions to relax and enjoy each other's time. This turned out to be some of our best memories. Valentine did an exceptional job of listening to our wishes for the other hotel must-haves (balcony and view) and that really helped make the trip and experience feel very special. Of course, not everything always goes according to plan. Valentine provided us with both daytime and off-hours numbers, and we did utilize the off-hours number when our driver forgot to meet us at the train station. We got hold of someone right away and the issue was resolved promptly. Valentine also checked in with me later that day to make sure we were completely satisfied and enjoying our time. Overall, my new husband and I would definitely recommend KimKim and Valentine (local tour expert for France!) if you want help planning a special international vacation. Merci beaucoup Valentine!

Having the limos and taxis all on the spot to get us from trains and planes made the whole trip with 5 people so easy. We had a small glitch when returning to Paris meeting our limo but we communicated by phone and with the help of someone who spoke English and french. Right away someone from kim kim contacted me to make sure we had connected with our driver. Perhaps more specific meeting location at the train station could help.
The hotels selected were all wonderful, historic and comfortable. And the sweets left for us upon our return to Paris was a nice touch. The hotel staff was so excited to let us know we had something special waiting in our room.
I have been recommending your services to anyone I tell about the trip. When we plan another trip, I will definitely look to see if our destination is one that your services are available.

The hotel was placed closed to several cafes and restaurant and far enough from the noise of the city to enjoy our sleep. The breakfasts were to die for!! from the croissants to the cheese, it was a good way to start our days! The hotel was clean and the staff was very attentive to our needs. Our room was small but we wanted to cut the costs of trip - so no reason to complain!

Such a beautiful hotel! It was a bit hard to find but once we got in, we were in awe of the setup. The hotel is located walking distance from the old city and the beach. The room was just beautiful and great color scheme. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The morning breakfast was delicious and the dinning room was a beautiful as the rest of the hotel. I would recommend anyone going to Nice to stay at this hotel!!

It was a great was to see Versailles! The tour guide was not going to fast which made it easier for older travelers. We had an amazing group and bonded throughout the day. We first stopped at the market where we were able to get provisions for our picnic and see local vendors. Overall, the activity is a must if you like to know history and visit beautiful landmarks. The picnic was also a great addition to the activity and a great way to get to know the other travelers better. We ended the day at the Chateau the Versailles where we had the freedom to visit at our own pace. I wish I remembered the name of our guide but she was amazing and easy-going!

Once again you get wayyy more than your money's worth. The food was divine and guide was so knowledgeable (unfortunately I forgot her name!). The guide gave us a tour of the area an it's history and made us taste the local delicacies. The tour ended with a generous meal that allowed to keep leftovers! Our group was so friendly and even with the rain everyone kept a positive and were willing to continue with the tour!

A day in Monaco

Monaco is beautiful! Our guide was knowledgeable of the area and stopped at the right locations to admire the view. The city was in preparation for the Grand Prix so we had the chance to see the buzzing city and admire beautiful cars! We also stopped at the parfum factory were we got to learn about the process of making parfum, sample several scents and visit the small village nearby where we found the most beautiful antique jewelry store. We had time to stop to eat were we enjoyed a delicious lunch under the warm sun! I would recommend to anyone who like me dreamed of going to Monaco one day.

We visited Cannes during the festival but unfortunately did not see any celebrities (!) However, were not disappointed by the view at the beach and being so close to the red carpet. St-Paul de Vence allowed us to see one of the most beautiful views in this calm neighborhood. We got to see several art galleries and many boutiques. The driver/guide was very knowledgeable of the area and very friendly.

The hotel selected was a very good recommendation by being responsive to most of our needs. They also free provided transportation to/from town since we chose not to have a rental car. The hotel facilities as well as the pool/spa were very nice and the staff was very friendly.

We had some 'not so great' experiences with afternoon and evening dining at the hotel. The dinner menu was a static Prix Fixe menu that did not change throughout the week of our stay. So after the first night, we did not have much dinner choices on site. The buffet breakfast was alway beautiful and plentiful, but again, offered the same daily choices.

Valentine also attempted to assist after the hotel scheduled a conference which had the break period immediately below our rooms resulting in lots of noise and smoke from cigarettes. It was too late to effect any changes but it was appreciated.

The daily tours that we chose where fun and cultural met our expectations - Sophie (forgot last name), Provence RÉverie was an excellent guide. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time and adjusted the schedule so that we would have time to visit St Rémy.

Our favorite day was the visit to the local market with Gilles Conchy of Provence-Gourmet. We determined a menu several minutes before our tour of the market of local produce, cheeses, and meats. Then off to the winery to select wine with lunch followed by arriving at the kitchen of a local chateau to prepare our lunch together under his classic instruction. We highly recommended for Gilles for anyone looking for a cooking and eating experience.

We also need to identify our driver to the train station in Avignon, Christophe Lano, Alpilleges Luberon Provence Transport. He delivered a present of wine from Valentine fromthe local vineyard we had just visited. Total surprise and was a wine we had tasted and enjoyed. Although we did not experience his ability as a guide, he was very informative on the way to the train station and I believe he would also make a great guide/driver for English speaking tourists.

One note - as tourists not used to traveling on French rail we experienced difficulty in ascertaining the actual itinerary on the train from Avignon to CDG as the tickets did not show where the train would actually stop. We were on an older train that did not have the digital readout showing the actual station and do not speak French. Unfortunately, we got off the train at the Disney stop rather than the airport stop and had to take a cab the rest of the way. Easy solution, but it would have been a bit less hectic if we had a 'tutorial' in riding the French train.

Overall we had a relaxing and fun time on our trip. Thanks to the entire team for your guidance!

This was especially important to us since we did not have a rental car. The Spa and facilities were also very nice. Overall the staff was helpful and pleasant. On the negative side, when we arrived it was at the end of lunch and initially we were told that we would not be able to get any food. They did arrange for a platter and wine. Dinner was set menu - it would be helpful when arranging lodging for Americans not familiar with France to identify if a la carte menu is available.

The Tours met our expectations - we wanted to visit small vineyards and were able to have a great experience with tasting and finding new wines that we liked. Sophie (forgot last name), Provence RÉverie was an excellent guide. She was passionate and knowledgeable about Provence and its history, food and wines. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time and adjusted the schedule so that we would have time to visit St Rémy. One of the highlights was our cooking class, presented by Gilles Conchy, Provence-Gourmet. He was superb and humorous. His tour of the market was instructive in the local produce, cheeses, and meats. The location for the class was fantastic. His patience with those of us who needed a bit more assistance was appreciated. Finally, the meal and wine we had topped off the experience. He should be highly recommended for English speakers who are looking for a cooking class.

We heard a reference to Charles de Gualle and could not see any name of the station; and we made the mistake of getting off one station
early. In hindsight we should have know that it was too early to be a CDG.

The Mont St. Michel tour was where we really had problems. We were on an almost full coach and everyone but us were provided a headset and audio for the Long Journey. However Valentine booked us, we were transportation only. All that countryside and no history or awareness of what we were seeing. Those with the headsets purchased online with Viator so paid much less but got much better value.

For the price we paid I expected more concierge service from Valentine. The suggestion was to use the City Map app and we allowed plenty of time to walk to the tours but the Arc de Triomphe area from the app kept us going around and around. It would have been a higher level of service to reach out to us on our first day. Ask if we had questions. No sleep and automatically tuning into the process to hop on the subway or bus could have been resolved with a suggestion to take an Uber the first day since it was a walking tour. We had no idea the distance to travel and the narrow streets and many turns needed to take if walking.

To finish our extension we were to do a biking tour. It was 35 degrees and we were not prepared with outwear that fit that temperature. We reached out to Valentine responded with a request to cancel which she responded was not allowed. So that meant I needed to communicate with the Bike Tour Company and they were able to allow for a credit which I can now provide for guests visiting in July. This should have been the concierge service provided for a custom itinerary.

I don't believe Valentine knew enough about Paris to create this itinerary. The price did not match the level of service we received. I believe booking online with Viator would have provided the same level which was a huge disappointment. The phone service, we seemed to reach one fellow over and over who did help to answer our questions.

I am sad I am not able to recommend your company. The automation, texts, itineraries were state of the art. But in the end would I have been able to use you for my clients and my agency receive a commission, that I never did get an answer. And I do not see Valentine's level of service as one I expect for my clients.

Everything was excellent. Our travel agent, Valentine, provided service above expectations (Trip My France/Objectif France).

We would use again, we will and have recommended to friends.

Valentine with Kimkim was professional and wonderful to work with as well as the individuals she had set up for our private transfers and lodgings. The lodging selections were superb, safe and beautiful. The logistics were perfect. We traveled by plane, trains, a rental car for six days and private transfers in between. Everything went like clockwork! I told Valentine what I wanted to see and do in France and what my budget was and she helped plan a perfect family vacation.
